The last bike tour in the south of Bonn Voreifel in the past week I was able to finish before dusk. Although I this week same time I started, I had already half way the light on the road bike. Particularly in the wooded sections is now simply safer, especially if traveling at a faster rate. And otherwise, the training feeling quite autumnal, not only do I wear long sleeves on the road bike now, which hopefully will take when running a little longer. But slowly you have to worry about lit trails make after work. In Münster I have my route, but in Bonn, I have yet to find it.
The beginning of the autumn training but is also announced by the Münster Marathon , which will run next Sunday. I go back with a season of team Ronouchi at the start. Beautiful is above all that I can make the finish on the principal market.
