Just over a week after the triathlon, I have taken today with my boss a wonderful celebration evening tour on the road bike. After a first ascend just behind the center of Bonner, it was pleasant with little wind up almost to Remagen by woods and fields. We went from Remagen on the Rhine on my training route back to Bonn. Those were wonderful 53 km.
I have strength in my legs and am good in training. Therefore I have resolved to pressure the training received at least until after the Marathon relay to erect in Münster. Such tours as there are certainly highlights of this evening.
